GOT SELF-DOUBT?
It’s easy to sometimes feel SELF-DOUBT and LOW CONFIDENCE as:
- We’re often exposed to negativity from the people and news around us, and
- We might have old programming from childhood that reinforces limiting beliefs.
The fall-out from that is, when we doubt ourselves we don’t go for our goals and don’t fully open up to others. We hold ourselves back in a cage of our own making, rather than going for our dreams, having closer relationships and living life to the fullest!
One of the great tools I’ve found to combat doubt and replace it with confidence to go for our goals & spread positivity to our loved ones and the world is positive affirmations. Try it right now. Tell yourself, “I AM MAGNIFICENT!” It might feel weird at first and hard to believe, but I guarantee you, if you keep it up, you WILL notice a difference.
