“Magic Gratitude Challenge” Day 28 – Remember

The Magic Gratitude Challenge - www. MotiSource.com - Join in Now

CONGRATULATIONS!!! You made it to the final day!

If you were able to keep up with the challenge most or all days you have created a habit. If not, even one day is still a benefit. You can always come back and start over with Day 1 any time you want a refresher!

Gratitude is one of the biggest gifts you can give to yourself and those around you. Not only will you attract more good but you will radiate a higher, more positive energy that everyone around you will feel and appreciate. What a gift to give to family and friends.  The important thing is to keep these practices as a daily habit. Modify them to fit your life, but REMEMBER to give thanks. For an extra reminder, you can sign up for daily inspirational emails and get your FREE abundance meditation here. And finally, here are our final gratitudes of the challenge:

1. Write 10 things you are grateful for.

2. Scan back over YESTERDAY and make a list of all of thing things for which you are grateful. Try to really stretch your mind to remember even the little things! Then say, “Thank you” for each of those blessings you mention. People who are new to this type of thing have a hard time thinking of gratitudes, but they find with practice it gets easier. I’ve seen this time and time again in groups I’ve hosted. And the great thing is, they feel happier when they develop this skill. And research backs this up as fact! Thinking back and reliving the good moments in your life, actually CHANGES YOUR BRAIN STRUCTURE to that of a more happy person!

3. Start doing this on a regular basis. Think about TODAY, YESTERDAY, and even beyond, and list all of the gratitudes that come to mind.

4. For extra inspiration and knowledge read Day 28 of “The Magic” book. You might also want to read (or get the FREE audio trial of) “The Secret” for even deeper understanding.

5. Before bed, hold your magic rock and say thanks for the best thing that happened today.

“Magic Gratitude Challenge” Day 27 – Magic Mirror

There's something so Magnificent about you - Bob Proctor

Today’s challenge is inspired by two great quotes. First, Mahatma Gandhi’s “Be the change that you wish to see in the world.”  And second, the ‘Man in the Mirror’ song by Michael Jackson, which says:

“I’m starting with the man in the mirror, I’m asking him to change his ways; And no message could have been any clearer, If you wanna make the world a better place, Take a look at yourself, and then make a change.”

Start by focusing on what we are doing right and try to add more to it. Here’s what we do for today:

1. Write 10 things you are grateful for.

2. Each time you happen to see yourself in the mirror today, say, “Thank you!”

3. Take it a step further and also say THREE THINGS about yourself for which you are grateful.

4. For extra inspiration and knowledge read Day 27 of “The Magic” book. You might also want to read (or get the FREE audio trial of) “The Secret” for even deeper understanding.

5. Before bed, hold your magic rock and say thanks for the best thing that happened today.

“Magic Gratitude Challenge” Day 26 – Transform Mistakes to Blessings

Have you ever seen a baby, just learning to walk, fall down? What does he do? Get back up and try again! (Well, sometimes he cries for a moment and then gets up, but he never stops trying.) Yet, as adults, how often do we have a small mistake and just give up? Imagine if we had that attitude as babies. We would all be sitting around in strollers right now. Sounds silly, but it’s true!

Most of us are fortunate to be able to walk now, because we LEARNED from our mistakes and kept going. But are there areas of our life where we still are in a “virtual” stroller? If so, we need to get back that childhood attitude that it’s OK to fail, as long as we don’t give up! Here’s how we put this idea into action today:

1. Write 10 things you are grateful for.

2. Select 1 mistake you made at some point in your life.

3. Write down 10 BLESSINGS that came as a result of this mistake. Did you learn anything from it? Were there any good outcomes as a result?

4. For extra inspiration and knowledge read Day 26 of “The Magic” book. You might also want to read (or get the FREE audio trial of) “The Secret” for even deeper understanding.

5. Before bed, hold your magic rock and say thanks for the best thing that happened today.

“Magic Gratitude Challenge” Day 25 – Cue the Magic

Do you find yourself feeling jealous of people who have what you want? Do you think all people who have money are “evil?” Or that people with the body you want are vain? Maybe you think some people are lucky but don’t deserve what they have.

Whatever it is, these types of generalizations are not accurate and create unconcious internal conflicts that keep you from obtaining your goals.

Today’s practice is an ideal way to get past these destructive, embedded beliefs and replace them with more positive, accurate ways of looking at situations. Here’s what we do:

1. Write 10 things you are grateful for.

2. At least 7 times today, notice people who have something you would like and send gratitude. This way you draw that blessing to you through the Law of Attraction. For example, if you see someone with the ideal relationship say, “THANK YOU for my ideal relationship!”

3. Rhonda Byrne gives terrific insight on this one and makes it into a GAME you play w the Universe. She has EXCELLENT suggestions in this chapter!!!! You will find that info in Day 25 of “The Magic” book. You might also want to read (or get the FREE audio trial of) “The Secret” for even deeper understanding.

4. Before bed, hold your magic rock and say thanks for the best thing that happened today.

“Magic Gratitude Challenge” Day 24 – Magic Wand

Free inspirational emails - www.motisource.com MotiSource - Manifest Abundance AllianceDon’t think about biting into a juicy, bright yellow lemon right now. One so fresh that, as the knife cuts through it, you see and feel a fine mist of juice spray on your hand as you cut it and you breath in the strong lemony fresh scent. Also, don’t think about the juice running onto your tongue and down your throat as you first take a big bite of the lemon and even feel the texture of it on your teeth.  Are you not thinking about that lemon?

I’m sure you’ve noticed that, as Rhonda Byrne  says, “Energy flows where your attention goes.” The point in these practices is to not just allow every random influence (news, TV, music lyrics, co-workers, etc.) to control what we focus on. Instead, choose good things and send gratitude along with positive energy. Today, we choose to focus on sending healing energy to three people we care about, as if WE are the “Magic Wand” that can grant any desire!

1. Write 10 things you are grateful for.

2. Select THREE PEOPLE you would like to help have more health, wealth and/or happiness. If possible, gather a picture of each person to use in this experiment.

3. One at a time, hold the person’s picture in your hands, as if you were holding the person. Imagine sending healing energy to the person through your hands. Once you’ve finished sending say, “Thank you for ______’s health, wealth or happiness,” based on what you sent.      (You can also do this using an actual wand as, it can help bring extra focus. I have a favorite selenite that I often use that looks just like this, with the unfinished edge. Some of my friends use a variety of crystal wands, as in this kit. And finally, nothing beats an actual wand like this one, which can be purchased or hand made on your own. The important thing is to make it fun and use the method that feels right for the situation. I like to use them all from time to time!)

4. For extra inspiration and knowledge read Day 24 of “The Magic” book. You might also want to read (or get the FREE audio trial of) “The Secret” for even deeper understanding.

5. Before bed, hold your magic rock and say thanks for the best thing that happened today.

A funny thing that happens when you do this is that the person will often feel drawn to call you and say he was thinking of you, even though he did not know you were doing this experiment. Share your experience below and then click here for Day 25.

“Magic Gratitude Challenge” Day 23 – Magical Breath

When I think about gratitude it reminds me of a time when I was little and sick with a stuffed up nose. It was so uncomfortable and so hard to breathe. When it finally cleared up I was amazed at how GRATEFUL I felt, just to be able to easily take in air. It had never occurred to me before to feel  thankful for something so wonderful and essential. Yet, after a bit of easy breathing, I again FORGOT how wonderful it was to breathe free until the next time I was sick. It made a huge impression on me that I could so easily take it for granted. I’ve always remembered that and TRY to notice the wonderful, everyday things, such as air, that are so easy to overlook.

Today, we focus on gratitude for breath! Here are our assignments:

1. Write 10 things you are grateful for.

2. At least FIVE TIMES today, take FIVE DEEP, MINDFUL BREATHS and think about the miracle of breath and how incredibly lucky we are to have air in this moment. Feel as much GRATITUDE as you can for this wonderful blessing that is keeping you alive.

3. Either out loud or silently express your gratitude for each intake of air that is sustaining your life.

4. For extra inspiration and knowledge read Day 23 of “The Magic” book. You might also want to read (or get the FREE audio trial of) “The Secret” for even deeper understanding.

5. Before bed, hold your magic rock and say thanks for the best thing that happened today.

WERE YOU ABLE to actually FEEL GRATITUDE for your breath? This might be tricky as we often just expect this miracle as a given. Please tell us below how you felt about this one and then click here for Day 24.

“Magic Gratitude Challenge” Day 22 – See the Magic

© 2017 MotiSource.com - All Rights Reserved. www.motisource.com MotiSource - Manifest Abundance AllianceIn this chapter Rhonda Byrne reveals that, years ago, she made a list of desires. Each day she took it out and visualized it coming true. Finally, one day to her shock, she found she had obtained EVERY SINGLE ITEM on that list. This is the strategy that helped me launch my own businesses, instead of having to work for someone else. And it is the same system I used to get out of debt. Basically, I wrote down what I wanted to see, carried with me, read over and over and visualized happening with gratitude. It seems too easy to be possible, but it actually takes dedication and persistence. Let’s get going on it today!

1. Write 10 things you are grateful for.

2. Once again, take out your ‘Desires List’ from Day 13. If you have not made that yet, click here to do it now. Read each wish, one at a time, and VISUALIZE how things will be AFTER that wish is granted. What do you see? Who is there? What are your surroundings? What are you doing? Do your best to SEE each goal accomplished. Spend ONE MINUTE on EACH WISH.

3. Carry your list with you today and take it out AT LEAST TWO TIMES so you can read through it and send gratitude as if your desire is already manifested. I have a medicine pouch just like the brown one shown in the picture here. It has a zipper and is a great way to keep your intention at your heart.

4. For extra inspiration and knowledge read Day 22 of “The Magic” book. You might also want to read (or get the FREE audio trial of) “The Secret” for even deeper understanding.

5. Before bed, hold your magic rock and say thanks for the best thing that happened today.

Were you able to visualize anything?  How did things for you today? Please share below and then click here for Day 23.

“Magic Gratitude Challenge” Day 21 – Magnificent Outcomes

Expectation is a powerful attractive force. Motisource.com - Your Source for Motivation, Inspiration and Success. Rhonda Byrne inspirational quotes.

In this chapter, Rhonda Byrne shares that the writer G. K. Chesterton (who wrote the Father Brown mystery series and more) said a prayer of gratitude before everything he did, including writing his stories. Rhonda suggests taking this a step further. For example, in situations where we might hope things go well or hope for a certain outcome, instead BEFORE we even start, imagine the desired end situation and give thanks FIRST, before it happens. Let’s try it today! Here we go:

1. Write 10 things you are grateful for.

2. Start your morning by selecting THREE events or situations where you would like a “MAGNIFICENT OUTCOME!”

3. Write out a list of your three things from above AS IF IT ALREADY HAPPENED. Say, “Thank you for the MAGNIFICENT OUTCOME for ________.”  Infuse it with as much emotion as possible!

4. As you go through your day today WATCH for any and all situations where you have a “MAGNIFICENT OUTCOME!” Say thank you and, if you want to make an even more powerful reinforcement, write it down. Feel as much gratitude as possible when you do this.

5. For extra inspiration read Day 21 of “The Magic” book. You might also want to read (or get the FREE audio trial of) “The Secret” for even deeper understanding.

6. Before bed, hold your magic rock and say thanks for the best thing that happened today.

“Magic Gratitude Challenge” Day 20 – Heart Magic

Yoga and related ancient traditions talk about invisible energy that runs around our body and intersects at places called chakras. It might seem far-fetched but then how silly would it sound to tell someone in the middle ages that he has little bugs crawling over his skin? How crazy would someone from that time think you were if you said it was possible to flip a switch and magically make light appear? Most science seems ridiculous until it is understood. More and more, modern researchers are finding ways to show there ARE energy fields in and around the body. We know this to be true, but do not yet fully understand all aspects of it. Still, like so many things, ancient peoples seemed to have this knowledge that is now lost.

Luckily, just as we can use a light switch, without fully understanding how the wiring and electricity work, we can also use our chakra energy without fully knowing how these things operate. If you want to power up your manifesting, try infusing this energy into your meditations. The heart chakra in particular is great because you get the feeling of love and we know that the stronger the emotion, the easier and quicker it is to manifest anything. Here’s the fun for today:

1. Write 10 things you are grateful for.

2. Close your eyes, concentrate on the area in and around your heart. Imagine waking up as much love and gratitude as possible.

3. Take out your ‘Desires List’ from Day 13. If you have not made that yet, click here to do it now. Read each wish and then close your eyes and shower it with gratitude and love from your heart. Take time to really visualize and feel, using as many senses as possible for all 10 wishes, one at a time.

4. For extra inspiration and knowledge read Day 20 of “The Magic” book. You might also want to read (or get the FREE audio trial of) “The Secret” for even deeper understanding.

5. Before bed, hold your magic rock and say thanks for the best thing that happened today.

Did you enjoy this exercise? Did you notice any physical sensations when you concentrated on your heart? Please share what you noticed below and then click here for Day 21.

“Magic Gratitude Challenge” Day 19 – Magic Footsteps

If everyone is moving forward together, then success takes care of itself. Henry Ford - MotiSource.com

Today’s challenge is inspired by Einstein. Not only did he unravel secrets of physics, but he understood the importance of gratitude to those who came before and left benefits for us. Einstein said, “hundred times every day I remind myself that my inner and outer life are based on the labors of other men, living and dead, and that I must exert myself in order to give in the same measure as I have received and am still receiving.” Einstein felt gratitude for the benefits he had from those who came before him. And the more we can do that, too, the more we will be living in happiness. If it seems like a good idea to Einstein, it’s probably a good idea for us, too! Today we think about following in the footsteps of those who came before us with GRATITUDE!

1. Write 10 things you are grateful for.

2. Take 100 steps of gratitude today. You don’t necessarily have to count each step, but just know that 90 seconds of walking at a normal pace will be about 100 steps.

3. The important thing is, with each step send out GRATITUDE for someone who came before you and/or something others did that is now a benefit for you.  Rhonda Byrne suggests saying, “Thank you” with each step.

4. For extra inspiration and knowledge read Day 19 of “The Magic” book. You might also want to read (or get the FREE audio trial of) “The Secret” for even deeper understanding.

5. Before bed, hold your magic rock and say thanks for the best thing that happened today.
